The hotel's location on the stunning beach provided endless fun and relaxation for the whole family. Our children enjoyed building sandcastles, splashing in the waves, and exploring the shoreline. The adults also appreciated the opportunity to unwind and soak up the sun. , the hotel offered bicycles free of charge, allowing us to go on lovely rides along the beach promenade. The OceanFront atmosphere was delightful, with the perfect blend of refreshing drinks, tasty snacks, and live entertainment. We were also thrilled to find a variety of quality shows and live DJ performances that catered to both current pop music lovers and those nostalgic for hits from the 80s and 90s.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could have provided a kids' club or some organized activities specifically tailored to children.

We stayed for 3 days, long weekend, on a bed and breakfast basis. We paid 20 euros more per day to be moved to a room with sea view. It was worth it. It is an "only adults" so it is quite quiet (in the mornings and until 19 or 20, I explain in the other section). hotel is located on the beach, privileged situation, you can rent a sunshade and deckchairs (with safety box) for a reasonable price and if you stay more than three days they give a discount. breakfast buffet is magnificent, for all tastes. We were given 45 minutes of free spa as a gift (for all guests). content of the minibar (two cokes, two waters and two beers, daily) is free. facilities are very good and bed, super wide and very comfortable. room in general, spacious. Bicycles are provided free of charge. There are also activities, such as Aquagym, every day.
From 7 or 8 p. m. beach bars begin (one in the hotel, another two), bar on the hotel terrace to compete whoever plays the loudest music (techno or reggaeton). Maybe it only happens on weekends, I don't know. from that time on it was difficult to read by the pool, for example. I think it was a mistake to build the cement balconies, without leaving a single hole to see the landscape, because sitting down you couldn't see anything, only the horizon. Our shower screen didn't close properly and after we took a shower the bathroom was flooded, no matter how careful we were. hotel parking for 15 euros a day seems very expensive to me, as does the other one, managed by the hotel, little further away, for 12 euros a day.

Location, breakfast, friendliness of the staff. As we were out of season, we were offered free access to the spa and also to the beach umbrellas and hammocks. Not so the parking lot, was paid for, it was quite empty during our stay. It's great that there are bikes to ride along the promenade. beach is wonderful and so are the nearby chiringuitos. Good tapas and good fish. the Condado white wine. real discovery, I hadn't heard of the zalema grape. With the fish that they bring in a boat to the restaurant itself and serve on the grill at El Pato. best,
The shower is badly constructed and comes out at a slight angle. They were aware of the problem and changed our room. Better to ask for a bathtub, just in case. The decoration is a bit excessive, but it's the style of the hotel.

Enjoyed the beautiful beach views from my balcony, sipping cocktails and indulging in Asian cuisine while saving lives and reducing poverty. Oh, and let's not forget the great voice of Anabella.
Who needs understandable streets and comfortable beds when I can listen to the noisy ocean and have limited English-speaking staff?

The massage service. The buffet. Free bike service. The staff, young and very friendly. DJ in the swimming pool. The view from the dining room.
expensive drinks, Alhambra beer brand, I prefer cruzcampo, that's a matter of taste. Small terrace and I don't understand how you only have one chair if there are two of us. There's nowhere to put your swimsuits. There is no freezer to keep the ice and they don't make it easy, so if you want to have a drink in the room you have to find your own way. There is no supermarket nearby, well there was one but it was closed the week we went to El Rocío. Expensive parking lots. spa is paid, although you get a free session, I made the reservation I understood that it was free, heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath (although that's just the spa). By the way, if you don't wear a hat they make you buy one for 5 euros, theft as well as some basic items that offer a package of compresses for almost six euros.

The location is very good, in front of the beach and with a chiringuito belonging to the hotel that livens up the afternoons with live music that we enjoy the clients from the swimming pool. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms, we have not heard any noise from the adjacent ones, so the rest is very good. Very friendly staff. Modern facilities. It has everything, it is not necessary to leave the hotel at all. Good breakfast and with a wide schedule that allows you to sleep late if you want without missing it. 45 minutes of free spa per stay (it's small but nice). Every day you are offered towels for the pool/beach so you don't have to take them home. The minibar is free (two bottles of water, two bottles of beer and two coke). No children to bother you.
That people reserve the loungers with the towels and leave and don't show up until 2 or 3 hours later preventing someone else from enjoying the site, when it can't be done. The coffee in the machine at breakfast is not drunk, it is very strong. Lunch/dinner is also unremarkable, for which you pay. The cachimbas are quite bad, if you pay 15 euros the minimum you expect is a quality tobacco. The odd rooms have a view of the garden at the entrance and a mini terrace. We were on the ground floor and were at ground level, anyone could enter the room through the terrace if you don't leave it well closed. The good views are the even rooms, which overlook the beach.

Jaw-dropping location just steps away from the sea with breathtaking views from the terrace and pools. Superb staff who went above and beyond to guide us throughout our stay, including the lovely Mari at the chiringuito. The facilities were mind-blowing, from the two beautiful pools to the top-notch spa with fantastic treatments. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options and even included prosecco. The adults-only atmosphere provided a proper break, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the music, drinks, and comfortable king size bed. The nearby restaurants served amazing fish dishes. Definitely worth the price for an unforgettable stay.

Comfort, location, meals staff who had been at the hotel during our previous visits and were still there were just as helpful, efficient and friendly
Air of uncertainty as to what was going to happen to the hotel as a result of changes possibly of ownership this seemed to be affecting staff I.E. air of uncertainty. Some of the old staff had left for one reason or another and new staff, although efficient, were not as friendly

The hotel's interior and decoration were simply stunning. The attention to detail and elegant design made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious oasis. The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like me. I appreciated the well-maintained facilities and the ease of getting around, which made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated a bit more attentiveness and assistance throughout my stay.

breakfast was very good, (we were only going with A+D, we tried both restaurants of the hotel) as well as the facilities of the hotel in general. They provided you daily with coca cola and water for free (also the last day they provided us with a couple of small bottles of water for the long trip that was waiting for us) The comfort of paying with the bracelet even at the beach is also remarkable, of course the indoor pools as well as the restaurants they have, are spectacular, especially the rice dishes (Japanese/Asian food is not exactly my forte, even so, my companion was delighted) and kindness of the staff, especially in the latter, advising you about the spices, etc. is very grateful) The super big and comfortable bed.
Something that we didn't like was of course the payment at the moment of entering the hotel, paying obviously you have to pay, but not for a hotel of that class. It's an ugly detail that they charge you when you give them the bracelet (the last day they charge you anyway the expenses, like drinks, etc. There would be no problem in doing so at that time, I think) another detail that we did not like at all is the one in the bathroom, having some simple plastic cups (the cheapest) to rinse when brushing your teeth, it was very, very, very crappy, and two things that should be controlled more, is people sneak into the pools taking advantage of the doors that give access to the beach to take pictures in the infinity pool that is just above the beach, in fact it is a hotel where no children are allowed, and one day there were 2 girls with their mother inside the pool, posing for the father who was down, outside, taking pictures of them. The last detail is the towels, it is perfect that you provide, but of course despite the posters people take the opportunity to book from the first hour a hammock in the pool, there were people who had breakfast and left and "his towel" reserving "his hammock" and maybe not appear until the afternoon. should be more careful with that the hotel staff, because although it makes it clear in the posters, the customer does not pay attention. The room, especially the bathroom, seemed a little small. For the rest, a perfect stay

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The modern and chic design gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, and check-in was a breeze. The room was massive, and we were lucky to have an upgrade with a sea view, which was stunning. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the beach, and during the off-season, we had the hot tub and swimming pool all to ourselves. It's also conveniently close to a park, perfect for nature exploration. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers a prime location on the beachfront with picturesque views. It is close to many good restaurants on the beach, as mentioned in reviews. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern bathrooms. The breakfast is varied and has many options. the pools and spa facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall experience.
Some guests reported minor issues with room availability, language barriers, and a lack of facilities such as tea-making options in the room, as mentioned in reviews.
